Most people have no idea just how great ginger is. But once you become familiar with the beauty behind ginger, you will then realize just how important a role it can play when it comes to treating crohn’s effectively.
There are thousands of home remedies you can use to treat your crohn’s. From learning How to Recover From Anemia Quickly, or finding ways to manage your chronic inflammation.
But we are going to focus on ginger, and how it can help not only ease your pain, but fight inflammation all at the same damn time.
How Ginger Can Treat Crohn’s Naturally
Lets be real about the situation. Inflammation is the root of most diseases. But the question is where the hell does it come from.
Crohn’s disease attacks the digestive system, and causes inflammation of the either the colon or the small intestine.
That is why it’s important that you try to support your GI tract as much as possible. Instead of leaning on drug treatment 100%, why not try to use natural treatment for a flare up while letting the medicine do what it needs to do.
I don’t think that the idea should be to mask the symptoms of crohn’s, but to find a way to reverse it. In my mind I believe that crohn’s can be treated and reversed over time. It’s really all about finding what works for you, and staying consistent.
I also believe that you have to be willing to make major changes in your lifestyle. Until you actually make those changes, you won’t see CHANGES. If you are still drinking 5 cups of coffee a day, or drinking and smoking, then there is no way you are going to get your crohn’s under control.
Lets look at three important factors that makes ginger extra special when it comes to treating crohn’s naturally.
1.Relieves Pain Symptoms
A recent medical study published in the Journal of Arthritis found that just a small amount of ginger on a daily basis, it can treat not only pain symptoms but inflammation. It has been said that it is stronger than pain relievers.
Ginger can work on the vanilloud receptors, which can be found on the sensory nerve endings. It has the ability to affect the pathways of pain, which relieving inflammation at the same time.
Sometimes dealing with Crohn’s disease can cause one to feel nauseous. Ginger is very effective at reducing nausea symptoms. If you are having a flare up and begin to feel nauseous then grabbing a small amount of ginger can help alleviate that.
3.Aids in Better Digestion
People with crohn’s usually have a hard time with digestion. Intestinal inflammation is the cause for the lose of nutrition. Ginger has been proven to be very effective at not only reducing inflammation, but also supporting your digestive system.
